We had special needs for gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes for some of our guests and the preparation of those dishes was exquisite. And she adds a beautiful aesthetic in her presentation. Laura displays a “whatever it takes” attitude and her commitment is obvious. We chose Laura after a tasting in her beautiful new professional kitchen. We loved everything we tasted. I was glad to find Blue Door to cater the event, as (owner) Laura provided great suggestions for the menu and planning the arrangements in a somewhat unusual venue: the new Sena Farm Brewery. They were very flexible and responsive to our ideas, and they prepared a wonderful variety of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres that perfectly matched the craft beers that were specially brewed for the occasion.
